LINE DANCE - A line dance is a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance in one or more lines or rows without regard for the gender of the individuals, all facing either each other or in the same direction, and executing the steps at the same time. Line dancers are not in physical contact with each other.

URBAN BALLROOM -Detroit Style Urban Ballroom dancing is an elegant and smooth dance for adults of all ages. This dance has a soulful flavor and is an extract of International Ballroom and has an “urban flavor” with the added smoothness and elegance of each partner.  Urban Ballroom is fun, rejuvenating, relaxing and easy to learn.  It is a great forum for meeting new people and exercise. The dance becomes smooth, intimate and sexy. Urban ballroom dancing is a smooth, elegant, graceful dance which combines slow dancing, hand dancing, and cha-cha-cha all in one dance. It is danced on the beat of most urban music, some jazz, R&B, and soul. The dance is a partner facing and embracing one another. The male leads his partner in a series of steps or moves consisting of spins, turns and half turns, all the time maintaining the cha-cha-cha beat to the music.

CHICAGO STEPPING  -Chicago-Style Stepping, (also known as Steppin') is an urban dance that originated in Chicago and continues to evolve while defining its unique style and culture within the context of mainstream Swing dance. Chicago Steppin is a smooth form of swing dance deviating from the Lindy Hop which also gave birth to the Jitterbug, and then to the regional dance, Chicago Bop, the parent/sister of Steppin. Chicago Steppin consists of 8-Steps which are performed in a specific “order and pattern”.

OLD SCHOOL SWING-OUT DANCE - "Swing dance" is most commonly known as a group of dances that developed with the swing style of jazz music in the 1920s-1950s, although the earliest of these dances predate "swing era" music.  Many different styles have emerged from all over the country.  Swing is a syncopated couples rhythm dance, and is characterized by very smooth footwork and movements, and close-in and intricate hand-turns and underarm turns.

DFW SWING OUT DANCE -DFW Swing dance started in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area and moved throughout Texas.  This dance style is slowly catching on throughout the country.  DWF Swing is a smooth elegant couple dance with an eight count dance step similar to Chicago Stepping but with a different foot pattern.
